DETAIL DESCRIPTION
My husband and I were headed south on North Road to run an errand. A burgundy van, license number BLX 8149, headed north on North Road, pulled partially over onto the shoulder, the driver heaved trash (including a cup) over the roof of the van onto the side of the road. Then the van pulled across the street into a driveway. We stopped to have word but they were only turning around, apparently having missed their turn onto Ralston Road. We made eye contact with the driver as they drove by, I tried to wave them down. I asked my husband if we should chase them, but he said, No. Unbelievably rude. Who do they think is responsible for cleaning up their mess? |
