While sitting at the red light a woman, in a red Kia, Rondo, Plate # DRJ 4902, threw her cigarette butt out the window of her car, then proceeded to throw several more of them out as she emptyed the ashtray of her car, just as if it were her right to do so, I blew the horn at her, and she just kept doing it. |
