DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Was driving north on Rt. 59 behind this vehicle, saw the driver throw an (apparently) empty cigarette pack out the window in the middle of the road. Further along up the road, the driver crossed the solid center line, drove approximately 4 car lengths forward on the wrong side of the road, and turned left into the Walgreens parking lot north of Aurora Ave. He exited the vehicle, and stood outside the vehicle for a bit smoking a cigarette (construction traffic ... which is why I had time to watch him, and observe his clothing) before entering the Walgreens store. |
