DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Plastic Bags Containing Small Rocks and Advertisement being thrown into both mine and other residential driveways advertising Lawn and Landscape services, by Mr. Hue Lein of 13326 Greenstone Ct. SD, CA. 92131-4242; telephone number 858-549-0046. My repeated requests to stop throwing these packages into my driveway have been continually ignored. This issue is a continuing problem, as the plastic packages lie in driveways for extended periods of time, and often they make their way into local storm drains, as well as out in the middle of the street. |
