DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A women drove into my apartment parking lot and parked next to the dumpster. I have lived here almost 5 years and have never seen her before. I went to the garbage and she didnt get out of the car until I walked away...when I started walking towards her, she parked in a residents parking spot, giving me the impression that she could throw it away there because she lived there (but she didnt walk it out, she drove it up). As soon as I entered my own apartment, she drove away. It was obvious she knew she was doing something she shouldnt be doing. She ended up throwing 2 or 3 large bags away after putting a glove on her hand. |
