The driver of the burgundy red 96-98 Ford Mustang opened his driver side window and dropped what looked like a fast food bag out of the window onto the street while waiting for the light to turn green. (The car was facing south, in lane 1). He then made a u-turn at the light and drove into The Vagabond Inn, a few feet away from the incident. |
