DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driver of car with Pennsylvania plates Jne1789 threw bag of mcdonalds trash out window at 6pm on Thursday July 3rd. We are in virtually stopped traffic. A passing pedestrian paused and asked him (through his closed window) to hang onto it until he could properly dispose of it. He refused to open his window. Pedestrian put it on the hood of his car. He waited until she left, then got out of his vehicle, removed the bag and put it on part of a nearby building. |
