DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A person in a silver Chevy Spark threw a large, full paper bag out of their window on capital circle just after passing the TPD blockade at Capital Circle and Connor Blvd for the Tom Brown July 4th event. After tossing out the garbage into the median, they sped away, weaving between cars and turned left on Apalachee Pkwy. I was 2-3 cars behind them, but after I turned they were already 1/4 mile down the road, still swerving and going at least 60 mph. |
