DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Around 12pm I was heading northbound on white bluff. A silver Merc sedan with 2 men were in front of me when the passenger rolled down his window and threw out a cup, a Pepsi can, and a wad of paper. They switched to the left lane where the passenger again dumped a candy wrapper, something that looked like a bus pass, and smaller bits of paper. We were stopped at a light so I could see what it was. |
