Throwing garbage on the ground and in neighbors yards. Cans have been placed out and this 15 year old Black American female and a female friend same age and race, and 2 Black American males bouncing a ball walk around and trespass on private property driveways, backyards and lawns. She has been caught and approached repeatedly and been asked to stop and still throws trash in neighbors yards, on their lawns and in the street. They continue to toss garbage like little piglets with no home training like pop cans , potato chip bags, used Kentucky Fried chicken boxes, a bottle of urine, broken glass, beer cans, old liquor bottles tossed out of car windows from friends they invite over who park in front of neighbors homes blasting music and trying to intimidate elder neighbors. For months they have been asked nicely to stop and cuss at elders and square off with adults saying they will get their momma and daddy to kick our asses and keep it up until neighbors threaten to call the police. Leaning on neighbors fences, bouncing balls on the fences to the point of damaging and bending fences, hitting them with their bats they carry and they throw balls in yards to illegally trespass and use the excuse they were retreiving their balls as they use their entry to vandalize and commit petty theft from yards and homes. Many neighbors have been forced to chain and pad lock their gate entry ways to prevent this but the teens still persist in trying to gain entry? After curfew. 11 p.m. the teen girl and two boys have been found on Pembroke Ave on neighbors lawn smoking pot and cussed the homeowner who asked them to leave. The teen girl is a ring leader and smart talks and tells people she will go when she gets ready, or Im not ready to go yet, and other smart ass remarks. She gets up in adult males and females faces bristling up, balling up her fists like she wants to fight. She is violent, belligerent and out of control with rage and anger issues apparent. I am a former mandated reporter and I would go as far to say she is frequently a 51/50 when being confronted and asked to vacate neighbors property, She displays violent tendencies and has been seen and heard allowing older teens and adult males fondle and engage in sexual activity on neighbors private property. She roams in the night with two boys with pants dragging way below their waist , no shirts entering onto private property in driveways and on lawn areas of other neighbors. She frequently is chased away from corner driveways on Pembroke Ave and Ward Street driveways and lawn here she and friends plant themselves and sprawl out eating, spitting, fondling each other and then leave all their garbage and bodily fluids for others to clean up. It is really quite disgusting, and pathological and many neighbor clean up every day after them and are fed up trying to reason with them and be nice. She has bee asked nicely to stop and her mother has been made aware of their actions and seemed unconvinced it is her children and basically was offended someone checked her kids as she put it. She was informed they are damaging property, trespassing and neighbors are fed up. They are under eighteen, out past curfew unsupervised, hooping and hollaring, throwing garbage in yards and tossing balls back and forth bouncing off card and fences creating damage, clipped wood, and dented fences. Cars pull up with music blasting or are double parked as she bunks over in their window socializing shouting at the top of her lungs. or they are blowing their horn for her to come out. Some baby who lives there is frequently seen running alone up to the corner of Pembroke unsupervised and partially dressed in a diaper and top, no pants or shoes. Other times I have seen a 8 or 9 year old trying to supervise two babies who run ahead of him and are 1/2 block from his reach like yesterday where a kidnapper could have easily taken her. Outside of the littering she has been seen doing repeatedly something bad is going to happen to her with this behavior and confronting adults. There are Pedophiles all around here who are not nice and will not ask her to leave when they find her on their property. |
