Lazy Neighbor, Tapes this sign; “YARD SALE” - “108 Willaim Driver Lane”, to stop sign at the corner, after the sale, they rip it off and throw it in a drainage ditch 4ft away. Now this mastermind doesnt care about the mess or being caught and fined, only 60 feet away on State Hwy 70, there is sign saying max fine is $1500 for littering. I have pictures. What can anyone do now to follow-up? |
