DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This woman opened up her car window, removed the lid from one of those round car cigarette butt containers and proceeded to dump the entire contents right there on the street. I honked and shouted, what is wrong with you? She flicked her ash out the window and rolled it up. Cigarette ash is nothing. Cigarette butts are something else. Really had me not believing what I was seeing. Outrageous! Around 11:00AM. |
