DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Was on my way to dropping off my grand-daughter at school. We were in traffic on Interstate 5, heading south. I noticed puffs of smoke coming from the car in front of us, and noticed everytime he put his hand out out, a cigarette in it. No big deal! As we continued on down the freeway, after several miles, to our dismay, this idiot, just arrogantly, tosses his cigarette out the window! My grand-daughter was MAD...lol...shes 11! I said, want to do something about it? Take a pic of the license and well report him! She was surprised & happy to do it. |
