DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Two brown older night stands, each have one drawer, were left on the area between the street and the sidewalk on the side of my house at around 10:15 pm. This area, especially Grand Blvd., has a huge problem with littering. Every day I am picking up empty chips bags, Chinese food take-out containers, glass bottles, plastic bottles, candy wrappers, coffee to go cups, yogurt and ice cream containers, cans and cigarette butts. I smoke cigarettes but I never throw the butts on the ground. The city of San Mateo could make a large sum of money from littering fines on Grand Blvd and E Bellevue Ave if they could monitor it somehow.
