DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Our neighbors through cigarette butts out all over the place pretty much any given day. When they smoke on their porch I guess they use an ash tray, but in the grass right in front of them, on the sidewalk around them and to them from their door to the parking lot, and then outside of their cars and outside in front of their garage... You can see them toss them and you can see the butts in these places all the time. I am sick of watching other people pick up after them. They moved here from Florida per their license plates. I will spare you the details on how they dont pick up after their two dogs in the grass as well. Nice grass, where people picnic and children play; not just some field. |
