White Ford Explorer or Expedition, 4 door, WA Lic #B65535W.
Driver: Male, 20-30s, light build, baseball hat, green shirt.
Passenger: Female, 20-30s, medium build, bleached blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail.
As I was walking my dog on the property, I saw this vehicle speed onto the property and through the parking lot, coming to an abrupt halt in front of the northernmost dumpster on the property. Once parked, these 2 individuals proceeded to empty their vehicle of the garbage it contained (bags upon bags), throwing trash into the parking lot in the process.
This is not the first time non-residents have dumped their garbage in our dumpsters. Some come in the middle of the night and leave electronics (like TVs) and furniture beside, behind, and in front of all of the dumpsters on the property. |
