DETAIL DESCRIPTION I am not aware of the apartment number- all I know is that they are above the ground floor and on the left side of the building. Many times they will throws tissues, pieces of folded burnt paper used to light the barbecue, bread crumbs, even plastic containers from Starbucks. On July 1st I came home to find pieces of colored Styrofoam spread across the lawn. I gathered them in a corner and it took two days for someone to pick them up.
Then on Wednesday July 15th there was broken pita bread. I waited a few days to see how much trash would accumulate on the lawn, then proceeded to pick everything up. There was a half a bag full. The following day I found cherry tomatoes thrown all over- at least a dozen. When I began to notice this I thought the neighbor in question was dropping trash on the lawn by accident, but now its clear that this is on purpose. I complained to my landlord advising people upstairs to be careful and not throw trash from the balcony but it still continues. |
