DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving down Vista Verde Dr and Dias Dr, I believe she lives on Dias Dr because I saw her walking from there and walked back in that direction. Her and her two kids intentionally threw a trash bag on the side of the road. I approached her and informed her that she could get fined for littering and that she should not be doing it because its dirty and bad for the environment, but she replied with its fine her kids seemed to insist to go back and pick it up but she didnt want to. She finally did and seemed to walk back home. |
