DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Over the past few years, I have noticed a lot of litter starting to appear in many parts of Springdale, Fayetteville, Bentonville, and Rogers, Arkansas. The litter is beginning to make these cities look more like garbage dumps than nice cities. It is such a shame because these cities, until just a few years ago, did not look this way |
