DETAIL DESCRIPTION
When I drove on I-84 east (around Exit 3), I saw people in a white Ford car threwing few pages paper out of the window. The paper flew to one car, covered the drivers sight, almost caused an accident. (Hope the driver has also reported it). The car with violation looks like an African American family. A women wearing glasses was driver, other passenger looked like her children( not young kids, at least teen age or above). They threw trash, but they looked very happy and proud of it. I am mad to such bad behave, so I report it. I believe many drivers saw it too. |
