DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Witnessed 3 younger men in cutoff t-shirt fishing at the top of the waterfall/dam throwing beer cans into the water below. The same individuals as well as other have left beer cans and cartons below the bridge on multiple occasions. There have also been multiple incidences of fishermen leaving the packaging from bait, plastic bags, etc below the bridge and below the dam. |
