DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A woman cut me off while heading east on highway 70 in the fast lane, so I honked my horn to make sure she was aware I was directly behind her as I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting her. She rolled down her window and proceeded to throw trash and clothing out of her car for about a half a mile. |
