DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This idiot threw a burning cigarette out his window while traveling north on Stone Oak Parkway, just north of Huebner Road. At best, hes littering, but considering the extreme drought, extreme heat and high wind conditions currently prevalent, hes risking starting a grass fire as well. I wish people doing this could be severely punished. |
