DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving on Lindero Canyon Rd, from Russell Ranch Rd intersection, crossing Via Colinas intersection, passing the US 101 N entry ramp and then waiting at Red Light to join 101 S. This car was ahead of me, had one driver and no passengers. The driver threw the cigarette butt from the window. I could still see smoke coming out of it. The butt would still be there on the road. |
