Driver threw four crumpled tissues one by one out her window while stopped at the red light waiting to turn left onto Sepulveda. I was behind her and edged closer to her to try to catch her eye. She saw me looking at her and when the light changed, she took off very quickly, exceeding the speed limit to drive away. |
