DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While stopped at the red light, at the intersection of S. King and South Street, the passenger in this minivan opened the passenger door and threw a handful of trash out onto the road. They continued onto Kapiolani, driving fast, and ultimately turning right up the ramp into Ala Moana shopping center. Never saw into the van as they were slightly ahead of us, two lanes to the left at the intersection, then drove too fast for us to catch up on Kapiolani but there appeared to be two young men in the van. |
