DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A neighbors son keeps dumping trash in the street. Where ever this young man parks his car or a car he is driving for the night when he leaves in the morning there is trash left on the city street where the car was parked. I have also caught him and told him to pick it up. This is an ongoing problem. This has been happening on the hill end of Fir Street, Camarillo, CA. |
