DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A cab driver tossed about 3-4 large garbage bags over the guard rails of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. He waited for my friend, and I to walk away so he can throw the trash away. When we were walking away he continued to throw the trash bags over, and we heard glass break. My friend, and I walk back over to him. I took a picture of his license plate, and my friend confronted him, and asked him why he was throwing trash in our neighborhood. The man apologized, brushed my friend off, got into his car, and drove off. |
