DETAIL DESCRIPTION
4 boys(young men) dumped ALL their paper, wrappings and cups on the bridge trying to get the litter into the river. When they failed, they all were very upset and then were ranting & raving to each other, while driving on a two lane bridge WITH CARS COMING in the opposite direction.. Obliviously enjoying their attempt to reach the river with their junk. ALL 4 were involved, including the driver. I was directly behind them and when I beeped, they all in unison gave me the finger. |
