DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I followed this car all the way up a busy street and every 30 seconds or so, someone was throwing trash out of the window. Food containers, napkins, cups. Continually doing so all the way up the street. Stopped at a red light and casually just kept throwing trash out. They pulled over on Columbia St and I beeped my car loudly, so hopefully they would get the hint someone saw what they did!!!! |
