DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While driving very slowly and swerving a little, someone appearing to be an older man wearing a baseball cap, alone in the vehicle, threw a plastic bag full of trash out the drivers side window onto the road (Hwy. 89). A short distance later, he threw out a pop can. He ultimately turned left onto Indian Creek Rd., where I suspect he resides. |
