DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Followed car on 131-S, concerned the driver was intoxicated as the car was going about 60-65mph and weaving all over the lane and shoulder. Then something hit my window. Pieces of paper. Then saw the driver bend down toward the passenger seat reaching for something and saw him throw more pieces of paper out the window. When he reached down he swerved onto the shoulder again. He threw small papers and trash out of the window at least four times. Once he was done, he began driving faster, moved into the left lane and was going at least 75mph. He merged from 131S to 196E (merged way before the double white line ended despite postings not to do so), then appeared to be tailgating a bit. Got off at College Ave. Turned right toward Michigan St. |
