Every so often, F&M Contractors tosses these baggies containing a couple of rocks and a flyer on to my driveway but more properly, the lip to my driveway at the sidewalk.
Is this not considered littering? These partially air filled bags, although weighted down, can be washed away with a good rain and end up in the storm drain system. And, we all know where that ends up.
It seems the community paper, stuffed into a plastic bag and tossed near my house every week should also be considered littering.
I suspect people would get upset if I tossed unsolicited trash of everyones house on my street. How do these companies get away with this type of behaviour? |
