DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was at the stop sign and saw the passenger throwing a banana peel in the middle intersection between Hickey and Gateway (the car was on Gateway and turning left to Hickey going North). I took a picture of the car and its license plate. Its really embarrassing to see how dirty our cities are (i.e., SF, Daly City, Pacifica, SSF, San Bruno, etc.). We need to raise awareness and have a better way to make them pay the price for littering. |
