DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Noticed vehicle when it engaged in illegal maneuver Westbound on 39th Street. Traffic light turned green, with lead car waiting to make a left turn into oncoming traffic. I was behind lead car, waiting. Suspect car was behind me, pulled to the right into a right-turn only lane, and used that lane to pass the other Westbound cars, and then swerve back into the main traffic lane in the middle of the intersection to continue Westbound. I eventually was behind the vehicle as it proceeded Northbound on Fruit Valley Road, which became Lakeshore Drive. On Lakeshore, passenger flicked out lit cigarette butt. The vehicle then turned left (East) on 119th, where I was able to note the descriptions and write down the License number. They were both immediately smoking again. |
