DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Was riding as a passenger, saw a bright blue car, noticed the man threw his cigarette out of the sun roof. As our vehicle pulled up to stop by his as at a stoplight, I rolled down my window and got his attention politely. Excuse me, sir. You shouldnt litter. He said he didnt litter and so I pointed out that he had just thrown out a cigarette. He protested saying it was just a cigarette and I said, it is still littering.He flipped me off after saying F*** you and then the light changed to green. |
