DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At 2:12 pm on Saturday, May 12, I witnessed a man in a grey BMW convertible (7EWH150) with two children in the car throwing a partially eaten yellow pepper or apple out of his car at Bascom and San Carlos. He had aimed for the trash bin, missed, laughed about it, and left it on the ground. A few blocks south, he threw a fast food soft drink cup out of his car. When confronted, he responded with a spew of profanities that lasted a full 5 minutes. Not only did his children see this pitiful littering display of a father, they were subject to his profanity-laden tirade. He deserves a huge fine for defiling our city.
