DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Man threw out large Styrofoam cup on side of the road. The plate is a handicap plate, but I see no reason as to why the gentleman didnt throw it out at his home or wherever his destination was being that he pulled into a driveway only moments later. Perhaps he didnt want his family/friends to know he drank a gallon of pop, regardless, throwing it out onto the side of the road was uncalled for. My 4-year-old asked why the man tossed it from his car. At least we had the chance to have the conversation about littering. After dropping off his baby sister we are going back to go and pick it up and dispose of it properly. |
