DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Man discarded a large rug, throw pillow and clear plastic container bin on an existing locked private dumpster. I have them on video and will report to police - just sick of picking up trash in SW Atlanta. Have video of incident. Car tag is RAZ5990 or the Z could have been a 2 and the 0 could have been a Q. |
