DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Various cars park on the street late at night... the offenders smoke weed, eat food after, then dump their garbage on the road before leaving. They sometimes park and walk to the near by park next to the elements school and do the same acts. By the time I’m leaving my home in the morning, I have to clean up the mess ... very annoying for a location that I pay 11k in taxes. I will keep an eye out for license plate numbers, etc next time |
