DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Two people in a silver Honda Civic. Driver threw an entire plastic meal container, complete with food, utensils, napkins, and drink out of his window. I was far enough back that it didn’t cover my car, but I had to plow right through it all. I honked, made it obvious I was taking his picture. He swerved two lanes over abruptly and sped away, but I got his plate. Garbage human. |
