Woman (Caucasian, white hair, glasses, blue shirt) driving a gold Tahoe, KS License Plate 180-FDU, through the McDonalds Drive Thru on 6th in Junction City was actively smoking a cigarette, filling everyone else’s cars with smoke because our windows are all down to order food from the drive thru, additionally tapping her ash out the window, then flicked her half smoked lit cigarette out of her window when it was her time to order. McDonalds drive thru does have surveillance system. |
