DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Im fed up with the neighbors directly above me, threatening myself, others and while having their parties, literally walking down beer cans and empty cig packs throwing them on my patio at all hours of the night. I have pictures and hear them laughing and bragging about it. Beyond me. They also leave their twins dirty diapers all over our complex in the parking lot and have broken windows that are hanging by practically nothing from a second floor window which no one will fix. So tired of this...its dangerous, disrespectful and to me, unbelievable. |
