DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I live in some apartments, I have neighbors who think its okay to throw trash right in front blocking the sidewalk such as; furniture, cardboard boxes, clothes, tvs, carpets, plastic bags and cans, among many other things. Some neighbors who have dogs, dont pick up after them and there has been many occasions where my kids have accidentally stepped on the waste. Also, they leave shopping carts outside for about 2 weeks. No one has done anything about it. |
