Stopped to turn onto Grand Blvd. They opened their car door and dropped a can out, closed it, then opened in again and dropped a box (cigarette box?) as well.
Had tinted film over license plate, so unsure if the numbers are correct. (especially the second letter. maybe an F or E? But looked like a 1) |
