First of all, he cut me off in traffic by entering my lane at a merge point using his big yellow light bar. But, I dont believe he was a state worker.
Person in vehicle threw a cigarette out that kind of separated when it was thrown with a large, red ember hitting the ground, along with the cigarette. |
