DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Witnessed a middle age woman, walking across Euclid Ave and dumping white garbage bags in to the ravine. I approched the woman and asked her not to throw more garbage in the ravine. She responded that it wasnt her garbage, but theirs, and pointed to the building she was standing in front of. She told me to leave her alone or she was going to go get her gun.
