DETAIL DESCRIPTION
There is a group of seemingly indigent people who collect by the carwash building behind the Citgo station. Some of them set up camp in the tree line of the Publix next to it. A large quantity of trash-paper products, discarded cloth, bottles and cans, who knows what else ( possibly biohazard paraphernalia )- has piled up. It looks like a full dumpster was tipped over. |
