DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Young white male threw garbage out the drivers window while at a stop light. It appeared to be some type of wrapper torn in half.
Also worth noting, the driver then spit a loogie out his window, which landed on the VW next to him. Driver (accused) was a white male, age 18-23. Passenger was male, age 18-23 with long beard. |
