DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At approximately 5:31pm on Monday March 25, I observed an individual throw a large amount of trash from a vehicle, including but not limited to, plastic cups and large fast food bag, deliberately out of the passenger window. The items landed into the watershed beside the road. |
